Cancellation Policy

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy prior to the scheduled rental period for 4, 6 and 8 hr rentals. Multi-day rentals require a 5 day cancellation for a refund. Cancelling prior to 48-hour window entitles you to a full refund. Cancelling within the 48-hour window does not entitle you for a refund unless it's inclement weather as coordinated by Sunshine Living Boat Rental LLC.

Age and Experience

For you to be able to book, you must be ages 21 and above, with at least two years of boat experience.

Weather Policy

Rentals may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. Name Storms and Small Craft Advisories will warrant cancellation of your rental.

Booking Requirements

Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slot. Multi-day rentals are available. Everyone boarding the boat should sign a boat rental agreement.
